What does standard shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by 4–6 business days in transit.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Request a return or exchange within 30 days after receipt. We pay return shipping for both change-of-mind and product-problem returns. Contact us for instructions and a prepaid return label.

How do I cancel or correct an order?

Contact support@patagoniatrek.shop promptly with the order number. We will explain the options for its current fulfilment stage, without limiting statutory cancellation rights.
