Order total

Review the currency and final total, including applicable tax, before submitting your order. Standard shipping within Canada is free.

Payment difficulties

If checkout does not complete, check whether you have an order confirmation before trying again. Contact support@patagoniatrek.shop with your order reference or an explanation of the issue, without sending full card details.

Refunds

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Store processing and the payment provider’s posting are separate steps. See the Refund Policy for the return process and contact us about a missing confirmed refund.
